Job Description Job Description LHH Recruiting Solutions is looking to fill a Staff Accountant job opportunity for this company located in Folsom, CA. This position is 100% in office! The right candidate should have 3 years of experience as an Accountant with expertise in Quickbooks! The position plays an integral role managing the day to day financial and accounting operations. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with accounting team to complete the month-end closing including the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements - Reconcile bank statements - Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and journal entries monthly - Review, analyze, and reconcile general ledger transactions - Participate in in the development of organizations financial plans and strategies - Assist with the coordination of the annual audit - Assist on projects as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred - Proficiency in Quickbooks is required - Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and practices (GAAP) - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel - Intermediate to Advanced) - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Exceptional organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Experience: 3 years of experience as an Accountant (Staff Accountant, General Ledger Accountant) Employment Type: Temp to Perm If you are interested in this or other job opportunities available through LHH Recruitment Solutions, please submit your resume today at www.LHH.com !
