Expect high ownership, rapid learning, and the chance to build category-defining software that significantly impacts how the physical world operates.The Revi RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Android Engineer to lead Android development for our three core applications:

• KDS App (Kitchen Display System)
• Consumer Mobile App
• POS/Kiosk AppYou will have full ownership of the Android experience at Revi-from architecture to release and optimization. Your responsibilities include setting standards, shipping features, mentoring new hires, and integrating AI tools to boost development velocity and code quality.   • Lead development of Revi's Android apps across KDS, Consumer, and POS/Kiosk platforms
  • Own end-to-end app architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality features
  • Drive Android best practices across code reviews, CI/CD, testing, and documentation
  • Optimize app performance across various devices and environments
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate workflows
  • Experiment with AI/ML-driven features to enhance personalization and efficiency
  • Create reusable libraries and core modules shared across applications
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met
  • Mentor future Android engineers as the team grows
  • Work in-office to foster deep collaboration within our cross-functional team cultureWhat we expect you'll bring to the role:
    • 5+ years of Android development experience
    • Deep expertise in Kotlin, Android SDKs, and architecture patterns like MVVM and Clean Architecture
    • Proven experience shipping apps to the Google Play Store
    • Strong understanding of performance optimization and offline-first functionality
    • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with non-technical teams
    • Track record of balancing performance with feature velocity
    • Experience building shared libraries and tooling
    • Bonus: Familiarity with Stripe card readers, Star/Epson printers, or retail tech
