Manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of structural designs. If licensed, the project manager will be in responsible charge of the specific project. A project manager will oversee production & help produce structural documents to ensure completion as efficiently & effectively as possible. Daily tasks of a project manager will include but not limited to managing established project budgets, assist with developing project budgets, manage team & product to meet client needs & schedule, coordinate with clients frequently, develop team standards & assist with support staff training. Project manager will also coordinate with the executive team & other departments. Benefits: 1. Annual Bonus Performance based incentive plan 6. Flex and remote work schedules Necessary Qualifications: 1. Bachelor of Science Architectural, Civil or Structural Engineering 2. California Engineer in Training (EIT) Certified preferred 3. Excellent Communication Skills 4. Professional Engineer License (PE or SE) required 5. Design experience with Wood/Steel/Concrete & Masonry preferred in high seismic zones. Additional Preferred Qualifications: 1. Autocad experience required 2. Revit experience preferred 3.
