Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic and self-motivated Product Management Director to play a key role in expanding of our enterprise solutions portfolio, including server, networking, and storage. Additionally, this role requires proven people management skills, including experience leading and developing high-performing teams.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):--- Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to acquire net new logos and accounts, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.--- Collaborate with system engineering team to drive the full product lifecycle, from proof-of-concept to end-of-life.--- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business and product development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.--- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in large enterprises, effectively communicating product and market information to position Supermicro as a trusted partner.--- Collaborate with engineering, product teams, and sales to define product roadmaps that align with enterprise customer needs and emerging technology trends.--- Lead cross-functional teams to meet company strategic targets.--- Partner closely with internal teams to resolve customer's inquiry in a timely manner.--- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and FAE to support pre-sales engagement.Qualifications:--- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering or with equivalent practical experiences; Master's degree is a plus.--- Minimum of 12 years' experience in the hardware or solution service provider with focus on server, networking, and/or storage as a product or program manager.--- Work efficiently under pressure in cross-functional, fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.--- Operate in an ambiguous environment, taking charge, and having an attention to detail without becoming lost in the details--- Strong understanding of the technology needs and purchasing behaviors of large enterprises, including trends in cloud computing, data centers, and IT solutions.--- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present in front of customers.--- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of making data-driven decisions tailored to enterprise clients.Salary Range$185,000 - $250,000The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
