You will lead a team of property managers, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in property management, specifically in affordable housing
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi)
