part-time employeesWhat you bring to SBHG:Master's degree in Social
Work, Psychology, or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from an
accredited college or university required(4) years direct service
experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults preferred.BBS
Registered: APCC, ACSW, AMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT requiredHow you will
make a difference:Prepares a comprehensive written psychosocial
evaluation and assessment on assigned clients, in addition to an
intake note, daily progress notes, summary notes (as may be
required) and a discharge summary.Responsible for assessing clients
readiness for admission and coordination planning with treatment
team, the clients case managers, and transferring
facilitiesResponsible for assessing clients readiness for discharge
and coordination planning with treatment team; working with case
managers to effect appropriate referrals for placement, case
management and aftercare services; coordinates benefits (Medi-Cal)
with Business Office personnel; and maintains knowledge of
community resources.Provides individual group therapy to clients on
a weekly basis and as needed based on the needs of the
clientsInterprets facility policies and procedures to clients and
family members.Actively participates in treatment team meetings and
is responsible for working with other disciplines to develop a
coordinated treatment plan for assigned clients.Division/Program
Overview:24/7 inpatient voluntary program16-bed facility for adults
(ages 18-59)Rehabilitation/recovery services, including substance
use rehabilitation servicesPre-vocational or vocational
