$170,000–$185,000 $15K Sign-On Bonus We’re offering an exceptional
opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant
(PA) to join our innovative, employer-sponsored advanced primary
care clinic in Watsonville, California. If you’re passionate about

10–15 patients per day, allowing for deeper, more meaningful
patient relationships. - Predictable Schedule: Enjoy a regular,

into your schedule—no after-hours charting required. - Competitive
Compensation: Base salary of $170,000–$185,000 (negotiable based on
experience). - $15,000 Sign-On Bonus. - Comprehensive Benefits:

and CME support. What You’ll Bring: - Active and unrestricted NP or
PA license (Family Medicine preferred) - Full prescribing
authority, including DEA certification - Independent clinical
experience managing routine wellness, chronic disease, and urgent
care needs - CPR/BLS certification at start date - Bilingual
