Day Shift Overview: This full-time Registered Nurse role is
dedicated to delivering specialized postoperative care for patients
recovering from spine surgeries in a dynamic orthopedic unit. The
position prioritizes collaboration, advanced certifications, and a
commitment to spine care, all while aiming for recognition as a
Center of Excellence and achieving Joint Commission Certification.

We operate a fast-paced, energetic 36-bed Orthopedic Unit that
focuses on the care of patients who have undergone spinal
surgeries, in addition to managing medical cases. Our unit is
distinguished by its strong teamwork and commitment. We are an
expanding team striving to establish ourselves as a Center of
Excellence and to achieve Joint Commission Certification for our
Spine Program. 5:1 Nurse to Patient Ratio One of only two inpatient
units dedicated to postoperative spine care Unit focused on
advanced certifications and educational growth Specialized Spine
Care Program We offer a personalized orientation process that
emphasizes proficient care for postoperative spine patients.
Position Highlights: Incentives: Sign-on bonus for experienced

Qualifications: Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited
professional nursing program Licensure: Responsible for obtaining
and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment,
including meeting all state board of nursing requirements. Physical
Requirements: The role involves regularly pushing, pulling, or
lifting up to 50 pounds. It also requires prolonged standing and
walking during shifts, as well as the ability to grip, reach, bend,
kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill job duties. Certifications: ACLS
(Advanced Cardiac Life Support) BLS (Basic Life Support) or
completion of the course within 30 days of hire Other unit-specific
certifications as required, to be obtained within the designated
