Speech Language Pathologist at Providence Health and Services
summary: The Speech Language Pathologist provides assessment,
treatment, and education for speech, language, cognitive, and
swallowing disorders primarily in outpatient settings, with
additional inpatient coverage as needed. This role involves
collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Candidates must hold a Master's degree
in Communication Disorders or Speech Language Pathology and
relevant licensure, working full-time day shifts at Providence
Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA. Description Speech
Language Pathologist at Providence Queen of the Valley Medical
Center in Napa, CA. This position is Full-time and will work
8-hour, Day shifts. Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center

Achievement Award. The Speech-Language Pathologist’s duties include
assessment, treatment, planning, training, education, and
communication to address speech-language, cognitive, and swallowing
disorders. This role is primarily outpatient-based, with additional
coverage provided for inpatient acute and rehabilitation settings
as needed. The Speech-Language Pathologist will meet the needs of
patients, caregivers, and the community, and collaborate with
interdisciplinary and ancillary healthcare providers to ensure an
optimal continuum of care. Performs all duties under minimal

Degree Communication Disorders or Speech Language Pathology. Upon
hire: California Speech Language Pathologist License. Upon hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Preferred

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
