Nurse Residency Program in Medical Surgical Services: This
residency initiative is designed to assist newly graduated nurses
in enhancing their clinical, critical thinking, and communication
abilities within medical-surgical and specialized care
environments. Participants will receive guidance from experienced
clinicians while acquiring practical experience, along with access
to extensive healthcare, educational, and retirement benefits.
Candidates must possess a nursing degree, relevant licensure, and
CPR certification, with a strong focus on delivering professional
patient care and fostering collaboration across various

Employing the nursing process, you will deliver patient care while
maintaining professional accountability for the care of assigned
patients. You will assess the overall effectiveness of care
provided by other caregivers and coordinate patient care in
collaboration with different departments. Upholding patient rights
and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information is

and Night Shifts Our Nurse Residency Program for Medical-Surgical
services is tailored for both new graduates and experienced nurses,
aimed at enhancing critical thinking, communication, and clinical
skills through practical experience and mentorship. You will learn
from Advanced Nurse Clinicians and leaders who will support your
development both in the classroom and at the bedside. Begin your

- Earn an additional $2/hr during productive hours (24/7 bedside

Bridge Program (up to $16,000) ? Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000

RN: Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited
institution; BSN is preferred License: Must hold a current RN
