Job Description:
Vituity, a pioneer in healthcare management services, is looking
for a dedicated Traveling Physician Ambassador to join our team.
This role is crucial for enhancing our services across various
locations by promoting best practices and ensuring the highest
standards of care in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, and
other critical specialties. The ideal candidate will serve as a
bridge between Vituitys values and operational practices, and the
diverse healthcare environments across our network. Travel to
multiple healthcare facilities within the Vituity network to
understand and observe local practices. Work closely with local
medical teams to implement and adapt Vituity’s operational
standards and medical practices. Conduct seminars and training
sessions to local staff about the latest developments in emergency
and hospital medicine. Provide regular feedback to the management
at Vituity on potential areas of improvement and success stories.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards at each
location. Aid in the integration of new practices and technologies
within the network. Foster a collaborative environment amongst
local physicians and Vituity’s leadership. Strong leadership and
organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Adaptability to diverse medical environments and practices.
Expertise in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, or other
related fields. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Board certification in a relevant specialty
(e.g., Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine). Valid medical
license in the state(s) of practice. Additional certification in
healthcare management or leadership is a plus.
