Full-Time, Nights Overview: The Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)
delivers adaptable, high-quality care to patients across multiple
hospital departments, including Emergency Department (ED),
Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg),
primarily during night shifts. This position prioritizes clinical
evaluation, collaboration, and compliance with nursing standards
and patient confidentiality. Candidates must possess a valid RN
license and basic life support certification, with benefits

exceptional patient care. You will be accountable for the care of
assigned patients and will coordinate their treatment in

Highlights: Premium Night Shift Sign-On Bonus: Graduate Nurse:
$10,000 Experienced Nurse: $13,000 Float Pool RN 36 hours per week,
Nights Location: Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO 63028 If you

Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an accredited
nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure:
Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in
the state of employment or compact licensure, meeting all state
board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Basic Life Support
certification from the American Heart Association or completion of
