Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical
Care Location: San Jose, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,334 per
week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/10/2026 About the Position Shift
Details Shift Timing Start: 07:00 PM End: 07:30 AM Shift Length: 12
hours Shift Type Night Shift Schedule Details 36 hours per week
(Standard 3 × 12?hour shifts) Responsibilities Provide direct,
high?acuity nursing care to critically ill adult patients in the
Intensive Care Unit. Perform continuous patient assessments and
quickly identify and respond to changes in condition. Manage
ICU?level equipment including ventilators, infusion pumps, and
life?support systems . Administer medications, monitor drips, and
follow all ICU medication protocols. Collaborate closely with
physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement
care plans. Participate in emergency response situations ,
including Code Blue and rapid response. Maintain accurate,
real?time clinical documentation in the electronic medical record.
Ensure adherence to all safety, infection?control, and
hospital?wide procedures. Provide emotional support and clear
communication with patients and families. Prioritize and manage
care for multiple critically ill patients during a 12?hour night
shift. Requirements Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of
recent ICU experience (within the last 3 years – full?time
equivalent) Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active
Registered Nurse (RN) License (Must be valid in the state where
care is provided – California) Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or
related field Two (2) years of recent ICU nursing experience NIH
Stroke Scale Certification CCRN Certification (Critical Care
Registered Nurse) Experience with Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent
License & Certification Details (from requisition) The job lists
these as "Must Have": ACLS BLS NIH PALS (though typically optional
for adult ICU; included in requisition) State RN License
