Job Description:
Good Samaritan Hospital, a prominent establishment within
TriHealth, Inc., is seeking an experienced Clinical Value Analysis
Director to join our committed team in Cincinnati. This pivotal
role is responsible for overseeing the clinical value analysis
process, aiming to maximize clinical efficiency and patient
outcomes while ensuring cost-effectiveness. Our facility prides

cadre of expert healthcare professionals, setting a high standard
of medical care. As a director, you will lead initiatives that
scrutinize clinical practices, products, and procedures to align
with our mission of delivering high-quality, compassionate health
care. Lead the Clinical Value Analysis Committee meetings and
activities. Develop and implement strategies for product
standardization and utilization to optimize healthcare delivery.
Conduct comprehensive product evaluations and cost-analysis to
determine the best product selection for clinical procedures.
Collaborate with clinical staff and department leaders to identify
areas for cost reduction and quality enhancement. Ensure compliance
with health care regulations and standards in all value analysis
processes. Utilize advanced data-analytics tools to monitor
outcomes and forecast potential savings. Manage supplier
relationships and contract negotiations related to clinical
supplies and services. Strong leadership and managerial skills
Expertise in financial analysis and budget management Advanced
knowledge in clinical operations and healthcare procurement
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Capability to use
data analytics software for healthcare applications Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management
Systems (CPHIMS) recommended Certification in Healthcare Value
Analysis (CHVA) preferred Active RN license may be advantageous but
not mandatory
