Job Description Job Description Job Details: Title: Physical Therapist (Outpatient) Location: San Francisco, CA Job Type: Full time Permanent Shift: Monday through Friday schedule Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 Annually (Depends on the years of experience) Full-time Benefits About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a high-quality outpatient rehabilitation team. This role focuses on restoring movement, improving biomechanics, and helping patients return to an active, pain-free lifestyle following injury, surgery, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, and chronic conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Perform gait, posture, and movement analysis. Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs. Collaborate with providers and clinical staff. Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
