Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
position is for an Onsite Early Childhood Occupational Therapist
serving a school setting in Wilmington, DE. The role focuses on
delivering specialized occupational therapy services to support
early childhood students in their developmental and educational
goals. Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy
interventions and assessments for early childhood students
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor
student progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as necessary
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state
and district guidelines Participate in meetings and contribute to
planning services that support student success Qualifications:
Valid Delaware Occupational Therapist license (required for
consideration) Experience working with early childhood populations
in a school environment Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational
therapy practices in educational settings Excellent communication
and collaboration skills Ability to manage caseload efficiently and
effectively Position Details: Location: Wilmington, DE Contract
Duration: February 23, 2026 June 11, 2026 Hours: Monday through
Friday, 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute paid lunch break This
