Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language,
cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders with compassion
and clinical skill Develop individualized treatment plans and set
measurable goals that make a real difference Document patient care
accurately and communicate progress clearly with the care team and
families Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, therapists,
and support staff to deliver coordinated care Provide patient and
family education to empower long-term communication and swallowing
success Contribute to quality improvement efforts and share best
practices to elevate patient outcomes Qualifications Valid
California Speech-Language Pathologist license or ability to obtain
licensure promptly Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
(required) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
preferred Clinical experience in acute care, outpatient, or
pediatric settings is a plus Current CPR/BLS certification as
required by facility Willingness to complete required background
checks, health screenings, and credentialing Education Master's
degree in Speech-Language Pathology Knowledge & Skills Strong
assessment and diagnostic skills across speech, language,
cognition, and swallowing Proficiency in evidence-based treatment
approaches and standardized assessments Excellent interpersonal and
coaching skills when working with patients and families Comfortable
using electronic medical records and documenting thoroughly Ability
to adapt therapy for diverse populations and communicate across
