Provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, and a variety of metabolic and hormone-related conditions Balanced work schedule with generous time away from the office Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $310-340k annually Productivity-based bonus potential Sign-on Bonus up to $40,000 Relocation Assistance up to $20,000 Full suite of benefits including: 100% employer-paid medical and dental coverage Employer-sponsored pension and 401(k) with matching CME allowance Malpractice coverage PSLF-eligible employer Job Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and residents Job Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board certification in endocrinology. Valid medical license to practice in California. Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Commitment to teamwork and collaborative practice.
