communities effectively. Role Description This is a full-time
remote role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Therapist. The
professional in this role will provide therapeutic services to
clients, including treatment planning, individual and relationship
counseling, and other mental health support. Additional
responsibilities include case management, maintaining detailed
client records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to
provide holistic care. The Licensed Mental Health
Counselor/Therapist will work to promote client well-being and
achieve therapeutic goals using evidence-based practices.
Qualifications Experience in Treatment Planning and proficiency in
developing individualized client care strategies Strong expertise
in Mental Health and Psychology, with a commitment to
evidence-based therapeutic approaches Skills in Relationship
Counseling to support couples and families effectively Experience
managing cases and maintaining accurate client records Active
licensure as a Mental Health Counselor or Therapist in applicable
state(s) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build
rapport and maintain professional relationships Proficiency in
telehealth services and familiarity with virtual counseling
platforms Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or
related field Ability to work independently while contributing to a
collaborative team environment Experience working with diverse
populations is an advantage Starting wages rage from $35-$60 an
hour depending on qualifications and licensing. Must be licensed to
practice in WA state.
