Speech Language Pathologist Location: Gilroy, CA Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,620 to $1,740 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $54.00 - $58.00/Hourly. Summary: The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) evaluates, diagnoses, and treats individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP works with patients of all ages to improve communication abilities and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for conditions such as speech delays, stuttering, aphasia, and dysphagia Conduct swallowing evaluations and recommend appropriate diets or interventions Work with patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, or neurological disorders Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises Requirements Requirements: 1 - Year experience Required, BLS Certification, Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
