This full-time role involves assessing patient needs, planning and administering therapeutic activities to help achieve maximum functionality and independence. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate healer and a patient advocate, committed to providing top-notch rehabilitative service in alignment with our holistic approach to healthcare. Evaluate patients' condition and develop appropriate therapy management plans. Implement therapeutic activities to assist patients in improving their daily activities. Record patient progress and adapt plans as needed. Educate patients and families on home exercises and therapy interventions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care plans. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Expertise in therapeutic techniques and diagnostics Ability to handle emotional situations Proficiency with healthcare information technology systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Occupational Therapy license NBCOT Certification preferred
