Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified Med/Surg RN in Willits, California, 95490! Job Title:
Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Profession: RN Specialty: Med/Surg
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift Hours per Shift: 36 - 48
hours Experience: Minimum years of experience preferred License:
Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice required
Certifications: - ACLS certification required within 6 months of
hire - BLS certification required - PALS certification required
Must-Have: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Acute care

coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of
patients according to established standards of care and the nursing
process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of
assigned nursing staff. Coordinates care with other disciplines
while utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
Essential Functions: Collects relevant data pertinent to the
patient's health or situation. Analyzes the assessment data to
determine diagnosis and care issues. Develops a plan that
prescribes interventions to attain desired outcomes. Implements the
plan, coordinates care delivery, and promotes health in a safe
environment. Evaluates progress toward attaining outcomes.
Collaborates with the patient, family, and healthcare providers in
providing safe and humane patient care. Provides learning
opportunities for patients and family members. Participates in
discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Delegates
appropriately and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Organizational
