Description Additional Information: This hotel is owned and
operated by an independent franchisee, Kalthia Group Hotels. The
franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from
Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all
aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including
hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and
all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a
position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and
not by Marriott International, Inc. Key Responsibilities Food
Preparation Prepare and cook menu items such as breakfast dishes,
sandwiches, salads, and light meals. Follow standardized recipes
and food safety guidelines. Maintain proper food storage, labeling,
and temperature control. Ensure kitchen equipment and preparation
areas are clean and sanitized. Guest Service Greet guests warmly
and take food and beverage orders. Provide menu information and
make recommendations when needed. Serve meals and beverages
promptly and professionally. Handle guest requests, concerns, or
complaints courteously. Cash Handling & POS Process orders using
the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit cards, and room
charges accurately. Balance receipts and maintain transaction
records. Cleaning & Organization Keep the bistro, kitchen, and
service areas clean and organized. Wash dishes, utensils, and
cooking equipment as required. Restock food, beverages, and
supplies during shifts. Qualifications High school diploma or
equivalent preferred. Previous restaurant, café, or hotel food
service experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of food preparation
and safety standards. Strong customer service and communication
skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods. Lift and
carry items up to 25–30 lbs. Work flexible schedules including
mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The hourly rate of pay
