Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
practical experience. 8 years of experience in product management
or a related technical role. 3 years of experience taking technical
products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution,
end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). Experience with cyber security or network
Intelligence products. Experience working with machine learning
(ML) technologies. Preferred qualifications: Experience in
security, counter-abuse, threat modeling, regulatory policy, and
security technologies, such as Machine Learning for anomaly
detection and encryption. Experience synthesizing information for
audiences and communicating verbally and in writing. Experience
delivering programs. Experience adapting project strategies to
changing priorities. Excellent critical thinking and
problem-solving skills to decompose problems and evaluate data

globally. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Develop and articulate a data-driven product
strategy to shield Search from evolving threats and abuse patterns
mitigating known vulnerabilities and anticipating emerging risks.
Construct a comprehensive product roadmap in collaboration with
global stakeholders and execute delivery to provide both proactive
defenses and rapid reactive solutions. Foster alignment and
cross-functional synergy through partnerships, transparent
communication, and streamlined operational processes. Gain an
understanding of Search ecosystems and the broader abuse landscape
to proactively adjust strategies based on shifts in actor behavior
and technological trends. Establish performance metrics to monitor
defense effectiveness and utilize data insights to refine the
product goal and roadmap.
