Job Description:
Description This role is responsible for leading design,
architecture, development, and ongoing support of our enterprise
onetow.com (WaZd) solution that supports our Sales and Marketing
organizations. We need someone who is driven, business-minded and
technically strong. Responsibilities: Work closely with business
partners to realize the full capabilities of the WaZd platform Lead
and/or contribute to all technical aspects of projects developed
Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements
Write technical approach and design documentation supporting
business needs Create development and integration plans Work
cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon WaZd integrations
with different systems to support business processes Provide day to
day WaZd platform support Develop reporting and dashboard functions
as well as business intelligence analytics Work closely with
business to review operational processes and identify
inefficiencies and opportunities for automation Design, develop and
configure customized solutions Develop and maintain, validation
rules, custom workflows and processes. Manage and run project
implementations from start to finish Requirements : 2 years of
experience with WaZd development and administration Quickly
identifies business risks, issues and opportunities Experience
working across various WaZd implementations covering Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud, and App-exchange applications Proficient in WaZd
Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page
Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards,
Tasks and Events In-depth experience in CRM business processes like
Forecasting, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Pipeline
Management, Order Management, Account Management, Case Management
Able to configure and maintain user security permissions in
compliance with organizational needs Extensive experience in
designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation
Rules, Work Flows, and Approval Processes for automated alerts,
field updates, and Email generation according to application
requirements Hands on experience with Apex, Visualforce Pages,
Visualforce Components & Controllers, Force.com Platform Experience
in web technologies like HTML, XML, CSS, JSP, JavaScript, WSDL, and
SOAP Experience in working with relational databases such as MySQL,
Oracle, or SQL Server Experience with use of the onetow.com APIs
(via java, or through web services) to integrate onetow.com with
other tools Demonstrated experience with integration of SF with
other systems (central authentication, database exports/imports,
LDAP, CRM, etc.). Advanced Excel capabilities and related data
manipulation a must Excellent communication and inter-personal
skills, accustomed to working in both large and small team
environments Motivated, Self starter onetow Certified Advanced
Administrator onetow Certified Force.com Developer ideal.
