Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced UX/UI designer to join us and lead user research and product UX/UI optimization. Your role is crucial in ensuring all aspects of the online user experience are optimized for usability, usefulness, and visual appeal. As this is a startup environment, you will have the opportunity to let your creativity run free.
Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing requirements
  
• Conducting user and business domain research
  
• Creating prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively
  
• Designing UX and documenting UX processes
  
• Performing usability testing
  
• Participating in discussions and presentations about design decisions
  
• Collaborating with product owners, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop intuitive UX/UI patterns
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  
  
• At least 1 year of UI/UX design experience for digital products or software services
  
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous UX/UI projects and user-centered design skills
  
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar
  
• Ability to combine colors, layout, and fonts to produce high-quality designs
  
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
