Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician ensures the reliable operation of mechanical, electrical, utility, and facility equipment. The role includes troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, executing upgrades, supporting engineering protocols, and maintaining compliance documentation.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and coordinate maintenance based on priority schedules-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including multi-phase motors-Perform logic changes, equipment upgrades, and assist in new process development-Conduct preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance-Respond to service calls during plant operations, including weekends and off-shifts-Execute test protocols developed by self or engineering teams-Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM)-Analyze measurement data to support continuous improvement-Assist with deviations, support root cause analysis, and ensure SOP compliance
