Territory: Contra Costa County: Antioch Area* What you’ll do as a
Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologies (ST): In
partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services
to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing
functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive
and fluency disorders that affect communication. You will serve as
an educator, patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary

be a success as Speech Therapist/Language Pathologist (ST) Current
unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License Current BLS/CPR
Certification Valid CA Driver's License Knowledge and understanding
of individual development and human behavior as it relates to the
effects of illness/injury; and of the influence of culture on
health care. Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory
guidelines preferred. Experience home health care is highly
preferred Experience with high acuity patients is a plus Experience
working with an interdisciplinary team is highly desired Case

Organized Prior to scheduling an in-person interview, all
Candidates are required to complete a computer literacy and
competency assessment. This is to ensure you are set up for success

communication application. The results of the assessment are
confidential and will be used as one of multiple data points
included in the hiring decision process. Anticipated Wage range
Speech Therapist: 110,000.00- 125,000.00 Starting pay is
commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum
